Pat Taylor is in his eighth season on Jim Clements' staff with the Kutztown University football team in 2023. Taylor coaches the offensive line and is the program's recruiting coordinator.
Taylor took over the KU offensive line in 2017. His unit helped push KU to the fourth-best season in school history in total offense – 439.9 yards per game. KU scored 60 points twice in a season for the first time in school history, and ranked third in the PSAC at 37.5 points per game.
Taylor has guided eight All-PSAC selections, including three First Teamers in 2018. He also had two lineman earn D2CCA All-Atlantic Region in 2021. That year, KU's rushing attack finished second in the PSAC with 189.8 yards per game.
Taylor came to Kutztown after six seasons at Lycoming College, his alma mater, from 2011-16. He coached eight all-conference selections in his three years of coaching the offensive line (2014-16), and was also the run game coordinator for his final two seasons.
